### Which plan is right for me?

Community is free for trying MCPJam and standard features. Enterprise is for regulated environments, SSO, custom volume, dedicated support, and hybrid or self-hosted options.

### What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Enterprise pricing is agreed with sales, including billing cadence. If you later use self-serve billing in the app where available, annual is typically billed once per year at a lower effective monthly rate than monthly billing.

### How do seats and projects work?

A seat is a licensed user in your organization. Projects group your MCP servers and related objects; limits vary by plan (see the compare table on https://www.mcpjam.com/pricing). You can split work across multiple projects on higher tiers.

### Is LLM usage included?

Open and frontier models are included on all plans. Usage is rate-limited on the free tier. Enterprise usage is custom.

### How does checkout work?

Self-serve billing in the app is processed securely with Stripe where enabled. Enterprise begins with Request a demo or sales; we'll align contract and invoicing with your procurement process.

### Do you support SSO and compliance?

SSO / SAML, audit logs, custom RBAC, DPAs, and uptime SLAs are positioned on Enterprise in the compare table.
